Hello there, I’m Keesa! I’m a petite fluffy black haired gal with big, beautiful eyes and two cute white whiskers. I came to Happy Cats Haven when my person was going through a hard time and could no longer care for me.
They tell me I’m the perfect Kitty Secretary, always looking to hang out with my people…and make sure their day is scheduled around me! Once I know I’m safe, I really enjoy lots of great pets and a comfy lap, but I’ll be sure to reward you with lots of headbonks and purrs in exchange. I’m leash trained and love to wander around when I’m safely on it, surveying my territory like the little queen I am.
I love treats and attention, but I can be a little opinionated (hey, at my age, I’ve earned it!) so I would really do best as the only queen in your castle, though I may do okay with mellow dogs. I would probably do best in a home without small children.
I’m a senior at around 13 years old, and it’s Adopt a Senior Pet Month so through November I only have a $30 adoption fee, plus up to $1000 worth of medical care with one of our veterinary partners for the first year, courtesy of the Lauretta Boyd Foundation. I can still purr and play like any little whippersnapper! My adoption includes important virus testing, spay, microchip, vaccinations, food and litter starter kit and a free vet visit voucher. Won’t you come and see what a little character I am?
